"The level of expertise demonstrated was impressive, but, most of all, the encouragement when I tried something new was heartwarming. This past week was a very empowering and positive experience for me. Not only did I learn a lot, I also had so much fun I had to rest up for a couple days."

"I sure am glad I came to the LaDeze GTG in Parker...what a great group of women! It was lots of fun, and nice to put faces to names I've only seen on postings to the Lazy Daze Yahoo Group. I hope to be able to make the Oregon GTG this fall."

"This was my first outing with the Ladeze, I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the women in the group."

"I can hardly wait for the next LaDeze get-to-gether on the coast of Oregon next September. There's just something extra special when a bunch of women get together for the fun of it! If you haven't been to one of our campouts, give it some serious consideration. Those of us with mates are already talking about a nice motel nearly on the coast where the fellows could stay and get in some golf & fishing while we have our semi-annual gab fest."

"I learned some very important things regarding the maintenance of my rig. Things I was leaving for someone else to take care of, and wasn't aware of the danger in not knowing what to watch out for. Being alone on the road, it is very important to keep ones rig in top condition. You can be sure I won't be leaving the maintenance to someone else from now on."
"Everyone was so warm and friendly; I look forward to the next GTG. Thanks for the great time."
"There were white caps on the river, dogs jumping and chasing balls in the grass, and beautiful Lazy Dazes all around. We had such fun gathering under a huge shade tree, getting drawing lessons, eating, hearing about traveling in Mexico, enjoying a wine tasting, eating, hearing about how to stow your 'stuff', visiting and seeing what other people had done to their rigs, eating, stories and pictures about travel to Alaska, eating, learning how to fix little things that go wrong in an RV, eating, safety issues like weights and tires, eating and just generally hanging around, relaxing. It was so fun meeting some more of the LD women. Great group!!"

"Even a windstorm failed to keep the LaDeze " uppity women" from doing exactly what they wanted, when they wanted to do it. No group of women is more self assured, accomplished or good natured than these gals. From the minute the rigs rolled in to welcoming cheers and left after hugs all around, it was nonstop learning, eating and foot stomping carryin' on! I love every single one of them."

"It was a week of firsts for me: first full week of an RV get-together, first time RVing in the desert, first long trip in my 87 RB named Hiccup, first time meeting a group of uppity women who were instant friends, first time seeing the desert blooming with wildflowers in zestful abandon and many firsts of watching, learning, and doing. It was the third Ladeze GTG and although the first for me, and others, the camaraderie and high levels of generosity, knowledge, skills, and joie de vivre made each day as sunny as the weather. We learned about tires, water heaters, personal safety, storage, electronic gadgets, mirror replacements, and each other. We dabbled as artists in pastels. Pictorially traveled to Mexico and Alaska with experts. Feasted like gourmets. Shared experiences. Offered advice. Garnered abilities. Picked each other's brains and had a heck of a lot of fun. Helping hands wasn't just a phrase but a reality. We have come away enlightened, encouraged, empowered, energized and definitely anticipating the next Ladeze meeting. Thanks to all of you Uppity Women "Ladeze" for a marvelous time."

"It was great as usual getting together, re-acquainting, meeting new LaDeze, and learning more about our rigs. One can never learn enough."
