Yes, it's so cold the dogs are wearing their sweaters at night! Cuba sports a bright yellow Tweety Bird and Hombre is still wearing his 49'ers classic.It was 53°f when we got up the other morning around 8:30am. We've had the RV furnace on several times in the last few days.
I'm now wondering what kind of small heater I can buy for the house. I have visions of us huddled in the office with an electric heater and mittens.
Chica sports a traditional pattern and keeps her nose buried in her fuzzy toy. We got FAP'd again yesterday. I'm so sick of Hughes I can't tell you. I'm sure I'll be complaining about Telmex soon but it just can't be worse than this.
This time we have no idea what happened. At the time listed, the Dodwell's were not online and I was out running errands and Mimi can't remember anything large she downloaded. Who knows if they even have the times right.
I've been potting some plants, this Pygmy Date Palm (Phoenix Roebelenii) is next, it's waiting next to the newly assembled BBQ.The ongoing discussions about what to do with the back wall continue. I'm off this morning to see what the final solution (!!) will be.
The owner, or someone who has some authority over there anyway, came by yesterday and after much talk, he left again. I walked away when he was here, it seemed easier to let Benjamin talk to him and stay out of it. For one thing, I'm a foreigner and a woman. Anyway, I don't have much to say on the subject except 'just fix it, fucker' and it's not a good plan to say that.

You and I are very similar in terms of things we might say to people.
'just fix it, fucker' made me giggle.
Now you understand why we haven't been over. It is too cold to even think or move or anything. Jamie is loving the cool (to him, FRIGID to me) weather and I just want to slap him. :)
Once the sun warms our addled brains maybe we can pack up and head over. maybe Michelle and family would like to come too?
Oh I totally understand on the Fapping thing. It more than sucks. And we've been getting Fapped more lately for some reason. We are in the US but rural so sat-net is our only choice (well aside from dial up. yuck.)

We hope to come out in Jan '10 - probably the Playa area tho'. Can't wait, we are positively freezing here in 20f weather. 53 sounds positively fab.

No Steeler's sweaters around here! Just 49ers and Broncos. Cuba's sweater has a big Tweety Bird on the back, it was the only one we could find down here that fit her. She's our only dog that has never been out of Mexico, she's never even been off the Yucatan peninsula. The other two have been in 5 countries (and Hombre took himself across the border into Honduras to take a whizz, so he's got 6).
